Been going here for years to pick up a ham for Thanksgiving. Yes, I expect long lines and I don't always take the first ham shown to me. I prefer a butt-end ham and not the shank hams the staff usually push first. The staff is friendly, and the samples available while waiting in line helps ease the pain of the wait.
I am on their mailing list, so the coupon for $7.00 off a half ham help.
Only once in 20 years have I been disappointed in their spiral sliced ham....the spiral slicing only went into the half-ham about 2 inches. We ate some of that at Thanksgiving Dinner and had a Tewes turkey to supplement. The staff at HB Ham gave me a full replacement the next day.
The ham is tasty and fresh. I usually make ham salad, ham & bean soup and ham cassoulet with the left-overs. -

Day before Easter line is out the door and guess how many cash registers they have open just 1. You could see staff chit chatting but only 1 register. Ended up standing in the line for 90 minutes. Can't believe they treated their customers so poorly.

Came in for a quick lunch. Got the classic ham sandwich with the honey mustard, it was excellent! The service was quick and friendly! The only thing I didn't care for was the dirty tables! We were the only people in there so maybe we came right after a big rush.

I'm surprised by the reviews this HoneyBaked Ham has received. I can understand the long lines leading to Christmas Day but it's like that in any HoneyBaked Ham you go to during the holidays. I've been to ones in OH, PA and NJ around the holidays and are always packed. I have nothing but positive things to say about this location. The staff are smiling and try their best to show their friendly faces despite the holiday slam. We always buy our holiday hams from them and we've always been happy with their hams and the other food "stuff" they sell. We are fans and plan to keep coming back.
